What should I do next? |
Hubby and I have maxed out the roth ira's for 2007. He has new job and unable to participate in 401 yet and Mine is a profit sharing, I am unable to contribute. So, we continue to save. It's sitting in a money market not making much. Where should be put this money now? We where thinking a tax managed mutual fund....but which one? Good decision. A tax managed mutual fund with low costs, one with under 2% fees is a great way to go. T.Rowe Price, Fidelity, Vanguard are good ones. They can't make their claims without evidence, and they have it. Also, look into an HSBC account online giving around 5.30% interest or so. Dump the regular savings account and go with a high yield one. Also ING direct with 4.50% on new money. They both have no minimums. |
