Which programmes or field can lead me to my desired area of managing funds for rural development in Africa?

The point is knowing the exact turn to make in leading a development revolution in the neglected rural areas of Africa with some prospective acquired funds.
I have a B.A degree in Sociology and a background in securities analysis as well.

鈥?Look for endowments who are Africa focused

International Relations courses would be helpful. There are also a lot of programs through the State Department and the World Bank
