European social fund project?

Is anyone currently involved in one of these or have they previously.
I have never even project managed before let alone experience of this! any tips would be useful
also anything you can advise on objective 1 area information

Are you European? If not don't worry about it. All the Europeans want to do is be passive and blame the US for everything that is going wrong in this world. They want to throw up their arms and give the world a free pass for violating human rights on a daily basis. Think about it...the only people the French have beaten' down in the last 150 years are themselves. Look at them now. They are at it again.
