Careerless!! Help me please!!!?

Ok, I graduated in 07 w/ a BA in Social Welfare, took a year off to study for the LSAT (thinking about going to law school). I haven鈥檛 really dedicated a whole lot on the studying part, & have worked part time as a nanny/babysitter for a few months. I have also done 1 loan transaction for a loan officer a year 1/2 ago. I have also done a flipper, & liked it. Right now I am not very confident with pursuing the law route (b/c of the time & expense), & am entertaining the idea of taking the exam for either real estate or loan. But I don鈥檛 like to sell myself. I hate to have to find my own leads (cold calls and all), but I want to make more money. My goal is to work as hard as I can now and make as much money possible, and not work so hard latter. I would love to retire before I start a family, & have my investments grow for me. I can use any helpful suggestions?
