If you go to Quizno's website and click on open your own store or something like that it has a video and some info on how to do it. We have a Quizno's in our town that didn't last long and we live in a pretty good sized city - 3rd largest in the state. It recently reopened in another side of town and so far seems to be doing okay. I would take into consideration how big of a city and what other restaurants are around.
