Can I Buy Part of an appartment in Paris?

I travel to Paris at least twice a year and I am looking for a way to keep from throwing money away on hotel rooms and rent. Any ideas out there? I would like to get some kind of return on my investment so I do not want to do a time share.

What I would suggest is if you have the funds, then purchase a second home in Paris and when you are not there, rent it out. If you know when you are going to Paris, then just schedule your tenants around the times you want to be there.
So it will probably be more short-term tenants, but you will still be able to bring in a second income ~ you just have to figure out the ROI [return on investment] with reference to the 1) cost of the home 2) your income 3) taxes [i am not sure how the international taxation would be, you'd have to discuss this with your CPA]
