I am thinking about buying a vending machine?

Is buying a candy & potatoe chip machine, a good investment, and will it bring in good money?

it is much more economical to have a vending company do this for you...they will pay you commission on sales (make sure to ask for this) and they will do the stocking and maintance for you ...could be a problem for you to find someone to work on it for you. if you end up with any type of maintance issues.contact your local vending company or soda distributor...as many of the beverage (soda) companies also have "candy machines"

don't know but that's a cool idea. Put it in your house and make your friends use it if they want something to eat.

I see a lot of them around, and most of the time they are empty quick. Put them in airports, malls, etc.

I've heard that these can eventually pay off, but it takes a long time before you make back what you paid for the machine.. a friend of mine has candy machines around the town where he lives and he makes around a hundred dollars a week from them..

Hi,

Here you can find a lot of vending companies who sell vending machines. http://www.avissoft.net/Shopping/Food-an...

Thanks.

your main question is will vending machine bring u good money.Well yes and no...depending on the quality, quantity and the locations where u put the machines. If u buy one machine even at the best location i think it wont exceed the income of $200-$250 per month. On the other hand if u have several machines not at good locations u better drop the idea.Reports say that U-Turn vending machines are one of the best, attractive enough to attract your customers and at best locations they have made average $2000-$2500 per month with 18 to 20 machines. That means u have to buy a number of machines b4 u are on the runway and the good thing is that u will be able to pay them off within five or six months if u have good saving. So good luck

I have seen vending machines and routes for sale during the last thirty years. Their is always a lot of people wanting to sell their routes in the area that I live. I get the distinct impression that there is not really that much to be made, you have to pay someone to fix them and vandalism is a problem. People are always trying to figure a way to get free items. The only people making money are the machine manufacturers.
