DC Real Estate Market forecast? |
My wife and I are looking to buy our first home in the DC area this year. Someone told us that prices will drop drastically by the end of the year. I don't know how much I would consider that person to be an expert in the real estate market. Can anyone tell me what they think will happen and what is the best course of action to take? We are looking to buy within the next two months and we definitely don't want to lose money on our investment. Thank you for your help with this. I'd be cautious about the areas that are further out there, Ashburn, Woodbridge, Manassass, Frederick, etc. Keep in mind........... |
