I have around $17,000 and i need to make money right now. What can I do with it?

I dont have a job right now, and I was thinking that maybe I should let my $17,000 work for me now. Should I do an investment? Franchise?

Look at what you are capable of doing and think of what you like to do and start your own business doing something maybe lawn care or snow removal or what ever type of business that catches your eye. This i wll give you income and a worth while investment. If the business fails you can still sell the equipment you bought or sell the business to someone else that might be able to turn it around.

I would stay away from stocks and such for short term investments. I was younger and thought I would give that a try and it didnt pan out.
Since you dont have a job right now, I assume you have no income so you need to be conservative of how you invest.
Most franchises you will need atleast $25k in cash to buy into....

Go to a casino and put it all on red!

Certificates of Deposits, or Bonds. Nice, safe investments. Or, pay off your high interest credit card balances.

buy a brick then flip it then re up stretch it and flip re up stretch it and flip it
