Is a Curves franchise a good investment? |
Just inherited some money and there is an empty building for sale in our small town???? Curves could be a good franchise... an empty building in a small town, is empty because it is a horrible place for a business. You have to have a wide base of customers to make it. A small town can't give you that. You need to get some professional advise and I don't mean from a real estate agent. Location is everything. Somewhere close to a mall and restuarants is where you want to be...where women love to be. Do a lot of research before you invest anywhere or else you'll find yourself broke again. Put your money in CD's till you are sure of how to invest it. I know many would tell you to get in the money markets but right now they are going no where! It depends on what you have in your town. If there are quite a few fat people there, then Curves is the right business for you. Curves does make alot of money, and there is a potential to make quite a bit. |
