What is the most lucrative investment is available in the market?

I want to learn how to purchase commercial real estate without using any of my own money. Is it possible to generate income from that?

Actually, the answer is yes. It just depends on what you bring to the table.

A popular example is someone who is a syndicator of transactions. They typically JV (joint venture) with a money partner.

They bring together the market knowledge as well as deal finding skills that make other people willing to pay a premium, which results to them not having actual money into the transaction.

Syndicators are among the most successful people/entities in commercial real estate. REITs are essentially very big syndicators, buying real estate with other people's money that they receive for their stock...

In fact several syndicators can be found on my site:

If anyone knew they'd have their money in that and wouldn't tell you. You're just setting yourself up to be set up. If I had a stock I'd tell you it's good just to increase the demand. Start a business.
