A lot of money?

what would you do if you had 拢35,000.00 at your disposal? what would be the best investment to get a lot of return?

Invest it as cash in a high interest account. Bear in mind that 拢35,000 is the maximum amount that you are covered for if any investment/bank should crash. Therefore, you might like to consider splitting it into two or three different kinds of separate investment.

Steer clear of shares at the moment. The stock market will retrace, but it will take a while.

Best of luck - and take care of it!

Give it to me

You could spread the investment. Have a current account for easy access, with around 拢4000 in it. A deposit account with around 拢6000 to 10000 in it. Also, an ISA, or 10 year profit bond (they don't always perform well though), with around 拢2500 to 拢5000 invested. An additional voluntary contribution (AVC) in a pension to give it a boost. And the rest could go in some other investment fund.

Pay off any outstanding credit card bills first, because there's really nothing out there you can invest in that will offset the insane APRs that credit cards charge.

Talk to me about the different real estate investments out there.

It is hard to say without knowing your personal circumstances.
The best advice is not too put all your eggs in one basket, Invest 7 lots of 拢5000 in different areas.
Indian shares are looking good at present, there are one or two unit trusts that specialize in that area.

Since I'm in the US, I would leave in the bank and let it grow until the US dollar starts to rebound.

people keep saying put it on deposit, but please bear in mind the interest you get in a deposit account will not outstrip inflation so you will not be making a real return in fact in reality in a years time your 35000 will be worth less than it is today.

35,000 would go a long way to building a succesful business if the business formula was right and i have just the thing contact me direct
