if anyone is willing to give 300k i will give them 20 k and add them on title and whenever the house appreicates in price we will slit the profit...the house is worth 950,000 and currently owe 650,000 ...i need the 300k to pay off a hard money loan that has a lien against my commerical property ..and will put name on the residential and i will be making the payment ...everything will be documented for anyone that is interested . Only a fool would be interested in your offer. Paying $300K to get $20K plus 1/2 profit of future appreciation on a house in a down market you claimed worth $900K with $650K loan. |
