how can i buy and sell a condo, townhouse or a house with zero money investment? I know that's possible but i want to know how? Thank you!

If you have great credit it's possible. But you still are incurring a lot of risk. That's just how it is. I wouldn't even try to do this because I think it'd be very difficult.

You can become a commision agent (real estate broker). You can buy and sell properties without investing.

1) If you have good credit, borrow from a bank or other financial company
2) If you are willing to live in it - do a rent to own
3) buy a multi family and use the rents to pay the mortgage - but you will need good credit.

Well, if you have a property that has appreciated in value since you purchased it, you can sell it and make money off of it. You don't want to sell property and lose money. If that's your situation, you might just want to hang onto the property if you can.

A few years ago, it would have been very easy to purchase a property with zero money down - but these days I think it would be very hard unless you had really great credit, because lenders have really tightened up lending restrictions due to all of the defaulting on mortgages and foreclosures that are going on (which happened because of these sub prime loans, many of which required no money down).

That being said, creative financing from buyers would probably be very easy right now. There are tons of desperate buyers out there that are having a hard time selling because the market is slow in most places. You could probably arrange some sort of creative financing with a buyer - maybe a lease option or a situation in which they pay your closing costs for you.

You can be a broker, mediator or commission agent.

Otherwise you should have such a credibility for some one to give you the property to sell for them in such case you can't deprive them by making profit.

I guess only Broker/agen sort will work out.
