Cash, Fools, Everything around me, CREAM! Get the Money, Dollar dollar bill yall.?

Yes, quite a cliche question:
How can I make more money. I'm not particularly gifted with any special talents, but want money. I work two part time jobs right now but thats not what I mean. Saving money doesn't do anything other than sit there to gain some radicoulously low interest rate or wait to be spent.

I mean, how can I take my money and make more money with it. So pretty much some sort of investment. But the next problem is that my money for investments is limited because I am also a college student. Not to mention it is the holiday season.

I've looked into a bunch of scams like online surveys, rebating crap, and blah blah blah.

I'm trying to be productive with my money or at least just get some extra income some how!

Dear dav,
thats not true. The luxury of being wealthy is having free time. But at the same time a lot of bums have endless free time.

Investing is the most profitable thing you will ever learn to do. So start learning. I make at least 10% on my money or I walk away and look else where. Thats my minimum. I"ve made well over 10,000% in times past, and will again. You are wise to want to put your money to work. It beats having you working all the time. One of my daughters funds has doubled in the last 2 years. My son is doing well, as well. I try to keep my kids going on the savings they have. Its better than working. Learning to take care of your money should be as much of a job as far as your dedication to it as your dedication to what ever it is you do now for income. In other words you may not like what you have done now or in the past to earn an income...we have all had really sucky jobs at one point or another. You will too if you haven't already. So during the christmas break, get some extra books (they are not as expensive as collage books) from amazon or a local retailer and do some reading.

My first suggestion to you is cut your expensis. Its not enough to earn more money. You said it in your own question. Bums have lots of free time. They are independantly wealthy. That means they don't have to work much for a living. They have no expences so it doesn't take much. Use a two pronged approach, Cut your cost of living, and increase your income. Its a great formula.
Start with this book. "your money or your life" By Joe Dominguez and Vicki Robin. It got me out of debt and helped me increase my income. Its about 300 and a few pages and its not a hard read. Dont' try to read it all at once. Just read chapter one and then do it. Then read chapter 2 and then do that too. Once step at a time and you will be stunned. I was. Every one who has walked through the exercises with me has been stunned too. Learn where your money comes from and where it goes too. Its amazing. Read the book and good luck. After you get that far do some more reading in more investment books. Remember when you are looking for investments, don't forget what you learned in the first book I recomended. I stick with that advice and it has severed me well. Went from bankrupt with home in forclusure to living on my own with my own investments. Yeah I'm like the bum but with a house and 5 kids. I live on just under $1000 per month. My money doesn't have to work so hard to produce that kind of income. Others can't even make a house payment on that kind of money. I own my own home free and clear. Part of reducing my expence load.

Look for a mentor if you can find one. Hell if all else fails, email me and I'll get you started.

I would definatley say silver bullion. You can go to your local coin shop and buy bullion bar and rounds for little over spot price. When you need to use the money they are just as easily sold back to the same person even.

Silver has gone up over 50% this year alone and we've still got a few days left! Beats 3% you would get from savings and even 6-7% off of cd and bonds.

If we knew the answer to your question we would likely not have the time to spend on Yahoo Answers.

Its Cash rule everything around me, and if you wanna make big money invest in a half key of blo' lol. If you wanna be legit then I put my money in stocks, its risky but choose wisely.
