Flip properity investment can i get the money back ?

i have buy 3 yr ago $25000 flip properity . spending$40000. for renovation NOW in zip code 15644 PA location is sq 4800 2 story building retail + apt 125 x 22 . is some body can help to answer is this be ok for flip . this commercial retail properity . ?

No one on Yahoo Answers can really answer your question. First it depends on the condition of the renovated property, the location, and the market for that type of property in your particular location.

I would suggest you find a local Realtor, tell him you are interested in listing the property and you want him to assess how much he thinks the property should be listed for. If the amount he quotes you is more than what you've put into the property then your answer is yes. If not, then you may want to sit on the property until the market improves.... or lease it out yourself to help pay property taxes and maintenance fees.
