I need a large sum of cash, $25,000 cash?

i have enough funds in my money market savings, how can i receive this without any forms (ctr) to fill out, without penalties , fees maybe , and a quick way .

A money market is generally akin to a bank account. You should be able to withdraw without penalty. it is not an IRA or 401k which would assess penalties.
