How is the Franklin Templeton mutual fund? |
How is the Franklin Templeton mutual fund? I would say not great. 82% of their funds carry loads and their expense ratios of most all their stock funds are greater than 1%. You can get plenty of funds with no loads and expense ratio's well under 1%. The load and expense ratio are very good indicators of future performance. Take a look at the site below and select any one of their funds for more info. Good ! you can go ahead investing with franklin templeton. very good. i have my chunk of assets there HI They are generally value oriented fund managers and many times they may not do as well as the rest of the pack who are more growth oriented especailly in a frenzied bull market as growth becomes more the center of attention and value becomes almost irrelevent and takes a back seat as momentum takes charge. In the long run however value oriented fund managers( Ben Graham, Peter Lynch, Warren Buffet to name a few) will generate results that cannot be matched by many growth fund managers. |
