I'd like to buy a Franklin mutual fund without paying the 3.5% load. Where can I buy this fund for a flat fee. Franklin Templeton offers closed end funds. You might actually be able to buy some of these at a discount. Here are a few. I do not think Franklin-Templeton offers any no-load funds. I have owned some of them in the past, and always had to pay a load. I also just checked their website, and could not find any mention, under any of their funds or fund categories, of them offering any no-load funds. no where |
