Pubic Issue(Mutual Fund)?

What we require to announce public share/issue?
I m Proprietor of Arif Exims, My company is into trading of Garments, Granite, Iron Ore, & Spices from last 7-8 years. If I want to offer public issue, what is the procedure?

Approach SEBI for guidelines.

u have to go thru a registrar and CA. contact your CA, he can in turn contact a company eg Karvy etc and do the needful
