Currently my vote for 3 best funds are

1. HDFC Euqity Fund

2. Reliance Equity Opportunities fund

3. Franklin Flexicap fund

Reason for choosing above is

a. HDFC Equity has superb track record for the past 10 years

b. Reliance has produced winners in the past in their large and midcap funds. So opportunities funds combine best of both

c. Franklin flexicap is also a combination of their best fund strategies.

No need to look for others. Look at their performance for the last 3 months and also for the last few years.

Sundaram Mid Cap
Franklin Blue Chip
