Is it possible to start a double SIP in a mutual fund?

I want to start an auto debit SIP for Reliance Vision Fund (with my wife as a joint holder) where Rs. 1000 is debited from my account every month & another Rs. 1000 is debited from my Wife's account.Is it possible?

I think it should be possible, provided you do that as two SIPs with Rs.1000 each.

Until recently I had a two SIPs for the same fund from Franklin Templeton MF. Hope Reliance MF has a similar approach. Report It

Check with Reliance or your broker. If it is a joint account, why would they deduct money from your account and her account, isn't it all one and the same account?
