Mutual funds are investments companies that must register with the U.S Security Exchange Commision (SEC) and, hence, are subject to strict regulatory oversight. Almost every aspect of mutual fund and operation is subject to srict regualtion under four federal laws. The securitis Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, The Investment of Company Act 1940, and the Investment Adviser Act of 1940. The SEC oversees the mutual fund Industry's compliance with these regualtion. The internal Revenue code (IRC) set additional requirements regarding a fund's portfolio diversification and it's distribution of earning, and the National Association of Securities Dealer Inc. (NASD) oversee most mutual fund advertiments and sale materials. In addition, mutual funds must have directors who are responsible for extensive oversight of the fund's policies and procedures, and at least 40% of those directors must be independent of the fund management.

The Investment company Act is the conerstone of mutual fund regulation. Its core objectives are to make sure investors receive adequate and accurate information about the fund. and to protect the integrity of the fund's asset. Mutual funds are subject to regualtions concerning the extent to which they might invest in certain type of Securities. A major aspect of fund regulation is disclosure to shareholder of specific information about the fund's management, holdings, fees and expense, and performance.

An individual, group of financial analysis, bankers, and insurance normally organize Mutual Fund.

All mutual funds is an COLLECTED FUNDS from the general public, small investor who do not want to anticipate the high risk of investing or simply do not have the time to do so.

They who operate the fund is commonly known as FUND MANAGERS, The fund managers are trained personnel in splitting the funds to specific financial markets. From Local stock Exchange to foreign Stock Exchange. From Currency exchange to metal (GOLD & silver) speculation, from wet stocks to dry stocks. This is reflected in some funds brochure.

The funds managers are the soul and heart to this organization as the better the profit the better the returns for the small investor at the end of the year. Some mutual funds can even paid up to 30% of dividends to the investor.

Please note that as a profitable organization. every single transaction incurred, A managements fee would be imposed.
