Please give me some advice on mutual fund? |
i got some mutual fund. it's no load fund. it doesn't charge anything for transitions. so should i buy-siell buy sell, keep doing that or keep it for long time then sell it?? which one will maximize the profit? You should not buy and sell a mutual fund repeatedly to try and make money. you won't. If you want to " trade" then you do it with individual stocks or ETF's through a brokerage account. Your mutual fund is a collection of stocks that are managed by a fund manager and is only priced once a day. and can only be bought or sold once at that price that day. Stock prices are up and down all day and can be bought and sold many times in a day at different prices. ETF's are a little of each. Do some research before you do anything.
