I have lost the mutual fund documentation?

I have taken a HDFC tax saver mutual fund in 2006.I lost all the documentation related to it.I just remember the date on which i have opted for.Could you please advise me how can i get a duplicate copy of the fund

Go to your relationship manager and give your name and he will do what is possible.
If you had invested yourself, then call HDFC call centre or go to the bank.

Do not panic.

Go to HDFC bank or relationship manager, they will give you all the details like folio number, etc.

Whenever you want to redeem your mutual fund it will be directly credit to your bank account given at the time of filling application.

If you have given PAN Number or email address you can get your folio details from registrar at camsonline.com
