Mutual Fund 鈥淢in Subsequent Investment鈥?question?

I have a question in reference to the Min Subsequent Investment question on a mutual fund. If I purchase a Mutual Fund that has a front load of say 5%. Would I have to pay the 5% load on any additional subsequent investment to the same fund?

Yes you do. Exception: some funds will lower or waive the front load if you invest enough money, maybe somewhere around $100,000.

DO NOT buy any mutual fund with a front load! There is NO excuse for that!

2/3 of actively managed mutual funds will not beat the index they are seeking to beat. Do some research on "Passive Index Investing". You are giving your money away if you buy funds with front end loads.

pretty much.

J Is this you? 鈥?:)!
