How do I find a website that offers free online registered business names?

I'm not quite sure what you are asking... but if you are wondering where to buy your own website for cheap, I think the best place to go is GoDaddy.com. They're probably the most popular of all URL registering sites. It costs $6 or $7 (I forget which) to register any domain name you want, as long as it's not taken. The registration is good for a year. I think there's also a $6 per month service charge for the site, which I'm not paying yet because I haven't put anything on my site yet. My brother works in IT and knows a lot about computers, and he had me set up my site with GoDaddy, so I trust them and know they are the cheapest.

If your question means that you are looking to buy a website that already exists, you have to go to the website and see if it's up for sale. You place an inquiry right there on the site, and the owner or agency will get back to you with the "buy out" price. I tried this and the owner wanted $15000 for some small stupid site with the domain name I wanted, so I would suggest just creating your own name on GoDaddy, with a URL that isn't taken yet. :)

And if you're looking for a free business that has already been registered, you're not going to find that. If you go to your county's website, you can see that it costs $75+ to officially register your business, so nobody is going to give a registered business away for free. That would be the equivalent of getting newborn puppies shots and dewormed, and then giving them away. You'd sell them to get your money back, right? If you're interested in registering a name for your business with the county, go to your local county's webpage. There will be a link on there that shows you how to register your new business.
