I can't tell from your post, but it sounds like you might be exploring on-line trading to make money for yourself in the stock market. I would suggest you don't try anything until you have done some homework on how the stock market works, what kind of risks you might encounter, etc. Buying and selling shares is risky and you could lose everything if you don't know what you are doing.

You can go to any of the major on-line trading sites to get information--Etrade, Ameritrade, Schwab...but be careful. Their goal is to get you to open an account. Another site, Investopedia.com, might also teach you some things.

You might also try looking for investing classes at a local community college. Sometimes community colleges have sessions on how to get started.

If I misunderstood your post and you want to start an on-line trading site for others, I would say forget it. If you're using Yahoo Answers for advice on a question like this, you're not ready to do it. You need a lot of experience and certification to buy and sell stocks for others.
