.com is certainly the most used, therefore easiest for your customers to remember. .org is for non-profit businesses, which I'm assuming you're not. I believe, but I'm not certain, that .uk is for businesses in the UK, or United Kingdom. Like I said, this is an assumption, you'd have to check. If you are a for profit business, like most of us are, and the particular business name w/ .com is already taken, I would suggest .biz as the next best alternative.
