I'm a stay home mom, ready to start an online business.I like to sell a small booklet how do i get started?

My booklet will help other families learn to budget on low-no income,provide for children,shopping discounts, savings, teens also starting on their own,how to achaive, recive, help, food, housing, clothes,group counciling ect....much more I need infomation on how to start the secure web site,marketing info and anything eles I may not have thought of.

bizmom is right, I am not sure if a family with low-no budget would actually pay for online connection. I come from a different part of the world but thought maybe a re-evaluation of the marketing media is something worth looking at.

I think the easiest way is to start something online without much risk, is creating a blog with intensive activity on article marketing. Of course some keyword analysis should be done before any of that is conducted.

Purchase a web site. Find an on-line mailing list, be careful though there are allot of scam lists. Design a marketing format. And sit back and wait. Remember though There is nothing FREE. All of this is going to cost money,and allot of it

You need to learn how to promote your website if you are going that way. Your idea is great but here is the thing..your target market is people without money, how many people are going to buy that booklet?
