Starting a small online business in Florida?

I have my DBA papers and resale certificate, do I need to do anything else? (I'm from out of state, so i was just wondering).

Just get your tax id # which should be on your resale certificate open an account at a bank and get started I'm not sure what you are selling but if you need anymore information look below

On the net qualifications are unimportant you need a hosted website which is listed by google which takes time or you need to pull a few stunts for google to notice you.
You also need a secure payment facility and to create confidence in your customers to make them trust a stranger.
You also need product (s) worth selling.
Legally I would not worry till you make money.
