What is the best way to sell an online business that made more than $500,000 gross already?

The site has been extremely successful in the past, from around mid 2004 to late 2005, where most of the income was generated. I would define it as a large business in the past.

Right now, the business is extremely slow, that I rarely get orders anymore. What is the best way to sell the website and the business, and about $4,000 of inventory? How do I determine what the selling price should be?
