Has anyone here ever asked an online business a perfectly civil question? |
and had them respond with a nasty, unfriendly "that information is available on our web site"? To me this is the same as saying "don't bother us, we don't want your business". If I could find the info I need quickly and easily on your 6 page long, dull as dishwater web site then I wouldn't be asking. Every business that does this instantly loses me as a potential customer.... I've had this happen to me on line and on the telephone. Allot of companies don't take customer service seriously, and if the information is readily available then they should be able to readily supply it. |
