The best way to promote these affiliate programs is via a high-quality website. For example, Allan Gardyine runs a directory of affiliate programs, and he writes reviews of many of them. http://www.associateprograms.com

Or you could write a high-quality blog, and promote the link there.

Or you could create a free guide to MyPowermall for example, call it My-power-mall-guide.com and explain what's so great about the service (even offer some free bonuses if they purchase via your aff. link).
