How do I get my online business started?

I am a stay at home mom with no car because the poor thing died. my boyfriend workd 2 jobs to keep us alive but I need to make money somehow so that we can have transportation, and some extras in our little boring life.
I have an idea for an online business but I have no idea how to get a page going or payment methods for my customers etc.
And as far as start up costs, we hardly have a pot to pee in so I need a way to do it that involves little or no costs.
I am so lostt right now because i know what I want to do but have no clue how to get it done!

Well I just connected with a girl that started a shop with cafe press and has gotten 5 orders. now that doesn't amount to much but considering the "shop" on line is free and they handle everything except for designs (you handle that) then it's basically free money. The way they work is say if the basic plain white tee price is 8.99 and you add your cartoon designe/or cute saying and price it at 14.99, whenever one is sold they create the shirt and mail it to your customer and charge them as well. Or you can start by selling stuff on eBay, and if you want to save the listing fees then you can sell stuff on craigslist http://atlanta.craigslist.org/ on the right look for your state then your closest city.

I suggest yahoo geocities to make a website for your buisiness. you can make a yahoo ad supported website for free, and I believe you can get a payment method from google checkout.
