Does anyone know any marketing ideas for my online business?

Hi everyone i have an online business but i'm not doing so well with marketing it. Does anyone have any ideas on how i can market my online business.

FYI i'm already using that google adword thing and it helps a little though.

You need to figure out who your customers are. The more you know about your customers, the easier it will be for you to target them. Who are your customers? How old are they? What do they do? How much do they make? What are their interests? Why would they want your product or service? What need does it fulfill? Does it satisfy any desires?

Adwords is same like life saving machine, as long as its on you are getting traffic when its off, site is dead. Adwords is best choice for startup business or businesses having very good finances.

Well ! there are two methods to promote your online business, paid and Free. Paid is quick and free one takes abit time but provides long time results. Paid is adwords, Free is SEO or Organic Search Engine Optimisation.


You need to optimise your web site. SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) is the only way to get good traffic free ;)

You need to do two aspects of SEO

1 is On site Optimisation, which includes adding Titles, META, Keywoerds, then content related to your META. Also Alt tag for images can optimise your images.

2nd is Off site optimisation, which includes getting good links from other web sites related to your content/topic.

Also consider Social Bookmarking for Offsite Optimisation.
