If I have an online business based and registered in NY, am I supposed to put sales tax on my products?

If I have an online business (shoes, handbags, jewelry) based and registered in NY, am I supposed to put sales tax on my products? Do I only tax my customers if they live in NY? If they live outside of NY, do I not tax them? Does the $110 and below rule apply? Please only answer if you REALLY know about NY tax rules and are absolutely sure.

You only tax customers who live in NY. Otherwise there is 0 tax.

I am absolutely sure.

You really should check with the state of N.Y. to be sure but as far as I know, & I could be wrong You don't charge tax for online business products.
