Suggest me to start a website for online Business?

I want to start a website exclusively for online business. I don't have any existing business and would like to build a website for online trading. I would like to trade electronic products and all fast moving products from my website. Could any body suggest me how to start a website which doesn't have any existing content and how to get online vendors / sources for the stock. and total how much does it cost me.
