Selling my online business ( jewelry store )?

Hi,
I'm thinking about selling my online business, jewelry store, selling costume and fine jewelry. How I can do that and what it can be worth?

Complete, custom design yahoo store with over 20 000 customers database, inventory, established suppliers, great position in the search engines, PPC ads etc etc. The website has about 60 000 visitors a month.

Also there is an ebay account, selling jewelry with over 10 000 feedbacks. The whole well established business bring about $400 000 in annual sales. Can be operated by two people.

The reason for sale is that I started another business: software development and want to devote to it full time.

How can it be quickly sold, and for how much. What are the resources to get a quote for its value.

there are companies that specialize in appraising businesses for sale and marketing the sale itself.
I would google "selling a business" and see what comes up.

i am not sure how much it would sell for how much did you pay out of pocket to start it. do you make the jewelry yourself? i am interested i knowing because me and my mom make jewelry with not a very large inventory at the moment, if you find out a value of the site let me know please, we dont have alot of money but i would like to know how much it cost to get started and the profits you can get from it. dunn_jal07@yahoo.com thanks
