I have an online business idea but have no idea on how to implement this?

Do i need to register a online business?
How do i go about producing a website?
What else do i have to consider with an online business?
Are there any companies which will help me through starting up a business?

Most web design companies will also help you install a store and customer checkout interface. Try doing a google search for "web design in [insert name of your city]." Often if you are able to meet with the web designers in person you will be a lot better off.

There are two main reasons to register your online business - if you make enough revenue to report your earnings to your government for tax purposes, or if it will help you save money on taxes by writing off large purchases (such as office furniture) as business expenses.

if it is a really good idea, then consider writing a business model, and getting start up money, as with any business idea. however if your idea is for the next myspace or something, then just build everything on your own if you can. if your going to sell stuff and run it like a store online or something then i suggest you check wiht your local chamber of commerce to get all the paperwork for DBA's and business license.

Ideas are a dime a dozen. Successful online business requires understanding of technology, marketing, and operations. Assuming you get the marketing and the operations (and this is a big assumption), you need to find someone who has a technology background and team up with them.

There are definitely companies that can help you through starting your business. They'll do your marketing research, help you to formulate your strategy, write your software, host your Web site, etc., but you should expect paying $150-350 an hour for that kind of service...

So the advice is, ask yourself what you bring to the table BESIDES YOUR IDEA. Are you a good marketer? Do you have solid operations management skills? Are you good at hiring the kind of people you need to hire for this business? If the only thing you have is the idea, you will be forced out of your business very soon, because you can't contribute to it on an ongoing basis...

I want to share something most people miss, because it's critical. Success starts with your mindset. A lot of what you see on the internet are "get rich quick" programs. They don't work for most people. That's not to say, you can't make money in a hurry on the Internet. You can. But it all starts with having a superior mindset... or way of thinking.

Let's face it. This doesn't come easy for most people.

Reality is... the best solution is taking action.

I'm telling you this because despite what some of the "gurus" say, buying the latest and greatest internet info product won't make you wealthy on its own.

And guess what. Action is a lot easier to take when you're not hamstrung by technology.

I was struggling so much in technology that I culd not focus on the important stuff which is to make money. Now I have a company to handle all that stuff for me while I make more and more money..
