Online Business License Question.?

I am planning to start an online business(LLC). I live in Delaware. But my customers will be located mostly in New York.
Do I need to obtain business licenses from both states?
Will I have to pay any taxes in New York?

The LLC only has to be registered in the state where the registered agent lives. I'm guessing that's you and that you live in Delaware so you would get the LLC registered in Delaware. It does not legally matter which state your customers are in.
