Go to www.ifreelance.com, www.rentacoder.com, www.guru.com, and www.Odesk.com

Those are freelance and contractor sites where you can find people looking for professionals to work from home or on a temporary basis.

guru is the most expensive. Ifreelance is only $5 a month. I think Odesk is free.

Now, if you want to promote free:

www.inspiredautor.com accepts free articles in exchange for promotion. They get 4million hits a year

www.communati.com is a blog community made up of almost 100% freelancers - you'll learn a lot there and get exposure.

www.freelance.com is a great site for getting information and hits.
