Anyone or any sites that promises a certain return on investments are SCAM. If you want to invest, try investing in CD's or stocks, bonds, and mutual funds. Get-rich-quick schemes are no no's. Stay away at all cost.

I wouldn't. If they were really involved with such "high yield investments" dont you think they could afford to pay someone to create them a decent website? It doesn't even look professional.

It looks another ponzi hyip...
