What would you do if you had an uncle that was out of work and taking his mothers pension to live on?

My uncle lives with my nan and he has been using my nans money to fund his life. she is under the care of social services and i have been told by them he has addmited to useing her money . i have also been told i need to get a court order to protect her under the court of protection but this is very costly and i have only a small amount of savings about 拢800 does any one know how i can get help for this or is there any law students that could help me

You are right in going to a lawyer to do this..... bite the bullet, and make it happen somehow....
