I am an sevice holder & having family pension fund account at West Bengal EPF office.I resigned from my old employer in the year 1999. While filling up the form of settlement of pension claim I found
1) Code no. & Account no.2)Estt. code 3)Region / SRO code to be filled up. But I actually do not know what are they.I have one A/c no.WB/5726/P-556 only.

Call West Bengal or place that is holding pension, those # could mean stocks they put your money in, or as for taking it out there may be a fee.
You need to contact these people personally.
