Which is wiser: withdraw funds from a 403(b)TSA or Annuity account to supplement my retirement pension ? |
Because I have recently retired, I would like to explore the options for supplementing my monthly retirement pension. i would take it from the annuity first == that is why you invested in these things when you were younger -- i never seen anybody take money with them when the died!!! You should probably consult with a financial planner to determine your best strategy for investing and spending in retirement. You definitely want to go the fee-only route, because it could be a big problem if you are lead into purchasing an annuity that is not matched to your needs. |
