Can i withdraw money from a stakeholder pension? |
Have 9k tied up in a liverpool victoria pension, they say i cant have the funds until retirement, is there a way around this as the 9k could come in handy now. sorry.. clerical medical pension The only way to get money from the pension is when you are 50 (55 from 2010) this is pension law and their is no way to get round this. Straight answer .. no. You cannot access any money in a Stakeholder pension until retirement. Don't even look for a way. you will live 40 years in your retirement. you will need every penny you can save. |
