I got pension certificate from EMPLOYEE'S PROVIDENT FUND ORGANISATION at age of 44 years after cessation at age of 51 year I got re employment weather new service period will be counted for pension and what formalities should be completed by me please discribe

It's hard to make out what your situation is.

Here's what I think it is based on what you wrote:

You worked for some employer until age 44. A plan called the Employee's Provident Fund provided you with a benefit calculated as of the time you left.

Now you are 51 and are working for that organization again.

Your question: Does the new service count under the plan and what should be done to ensure that you are given credit for the new service?

That depends.

If the old plan still covers workers in your new job and the plan is still operating as it did when you left, then the answer is that your new service should be covered. I suggest you write the plan administrator a note with a copy of the original pension certificate reminding them that you have now been rehired and that you already have an accrued benefit under the plan.

It is also possible that conditions for employment have changed over the last seven years and that the plan no longer covers new entrants or is "frozen", no new benefits can be earned under the plan. In this case, your new service may not be counted under the plan.

Pension plan features regarding rehired employees vary a lot and are affected by changes in the plan made during your absence, so it is always a good idea to read the Summary Plan Description and ask the plan administrator lots of questions.
