What is pension funds?

A pension fund is formed by an organization like a company where the employees and employer make contributions from their wages or salaries into a pooled fund.

The pension fund money is normally managed by it's Representatives who form a board of trustees or the fund employs a mutual company to manage the fund on their behalf.

Every pension fund sets up its own rules and the proceeds are meant to provide the members a lump sum or monthly pension for retirement normally age 55 to 65.

PENSION FUNDS ARE THOSE FUNDS COLLECTED AT THE END OF TERM BY INVESTING IN AN INSURANCE PRODUCTS

It is a social security help and is given so that no aged people have to depend on anyone and could stand on his own feet.
