If a court orders a spouse(a) to give the other spouse(b) a proportionate share of pension fund? |
if spouse (a) gets a lumpsome of money does spouse (a) have to give ex- spouse(b) a share? Please help, thanks That is covered in the court order. My guess would be YES. This is a question you should ask an attorney. The court decides how the pension assets are split, usually 50-50% on a QDRO. |
